Restoration of sculptures and architectural components

In addition to the creation of personalised artistic items, the Carrara company can also restore sculptures and architectural components. The artisans at Fratelli Poletti e Ghio are, in fact, able to restore sculptures made from marble, columns, capitals, individual architectural components in chapels, and even whole chapels. Work is carried out with due care and precision by expert artisans, who have worked for years in the fields of marble design, and the restoration of funerary ornaments and religious sculptures.

A Diploma of Merit at the XXXVI International Exhibition of Crafts for marble sculptures (the awarded work: a fireplace designed and crafted in the workshop);
A Gold Medal and Best Sculpture Award at the XVII Carrara Marble Craft Show, 1977, organized by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture in Massa Carrara.
