Sculpting of marble bas-reliefs

The bas-reliefs are usually sculpted out of statuary marble, and can be made for religious purposes, art purposes or as depictions of mythological scenes. The latter are mounted on a wooden board covered with cloth, and finished with an interchangeable frame overlay. Memorial marble busts

The busts can be made of polychrome marble to represent Roman emperors or other historical figures. Alternatively, the artisans at Fratelli Poletti e Ghio not only sculpt historical figures, but also reproductions of classical busts too.
